I have experience when i have problem with MBR on my Acer TM4720. My TM4720 using Windows Vista Business and it was pre-install with Vista. The problem was happened when i try to installing LINUX OPEN SUSE. The installing prosses was succesful, and now my laptop have 3 booting selection. So i think i just wanna use Vista only on my laptop, but when i use eRecovery management it doesen't work! I'm bring my laptop to Acer Service Center and they said my MBR on PQSERVICE hidden partition was damaged and they can't repaire it. I try to search solution in internet and i found it, so i try to use the procedure but nothing i got because from the forum said i must use rtmbr.bin and mbrwrdos.exe file from PQSERVICE partition but on my PQSERVICE doesn't contain rtmbr.bin and mbrwrdos.exe files.
Now i have another trick but it must be little difficult and this way can't restore MBR on PQSERVICE to default state.
1. In BIOS you must enabled your D2D recovery option.
2. Download PTEDIT32.EXE, this application used for navigate the MBR on PQSERVICE (This application run under windows).
3. Run PTEDIT32.exe(must be run under administrator previllage) and set like the picture below.

follow the setting like the picture in blue highlight.
4. Run eRecovery and setup setting like usually and it will be restart.

5. On booting selection select Acer eRecoverry Management.
6. Now you can use eRecovery Management.
7. Untill the loading was success select Finish and the laptop will restart.
8. Your computer installing Windows Now!.
This trick can't work if PQSERVICE was deleted.
Please comment me if you have another trick...
